All collected data just stored in your local mobile devices(phone or tablet) unless the users agree to build server in local hospitals or healthcare facilities. The information communication between physicians through the third-party tools such as email and sharing should also apply the physician’s or his/her institution’s privacy policy. The data subject is using the Services under direction from a physician when the physician and patient have an agreement between them covering the use of the Services. In such a case the physician or his/her institution is the Data Controller for data collected from/by the vhECG devices and the Apps, and the physician’s or his/her institution’s privacy policy will apply, not this Privacy Policy. Our ECG network storage service is only open to institutions, not individual users. The administrator creates a group for his/her institution and an account for each member of the group. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting an unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. However, We cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. When a physician takes ECG examination for a patient, the raw electrocardiogram (“ECG,” “EKG”) measurement data are collected, as well as patient’s basic information, including name, email address, password, gender, height, and birthdate. Any additional information can be chosen to add to patient’s profile, including: weight, body mass index (BMI), a smoker or non-smoker, etc. We may adopt a variety of security technology measures and procedures to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure. For example, in some of the Services, we may use encryption techniques (i.e., SSL) to protect the profile information you provide.
